Ben Zheng
Meichao (Ben) Zheng is a driven real estate professional who entered the industry after experiencing firsthand the challenges of buying a home in a competitive market. Originally from New York, his journey began in 2021 during the height of the COVID-19 lockdowns, while transitioning out of the military and relocating from California to Florida.
Navigating the home-buying process remotely during lockdown, he witnessed firsthand a booming market where agents had little incentive to go the extra mile, with high-dollar buyers flooding in from out of state. This experience quickly made him realize the true value of having a not only knowledgeable, but but a truly invested advocate on his side.
Having moved frequently throughout his life—packing up his whole life about every year and a half during his time in the military and towing his belongings across the country six times—he understands firsthand how stressful it can be to relocate, especially long distance.
With a background of a decade in the U.S. Marine Corps, mostly spent in Special Operations (MARSOC), Ben brings discipline, strategic thinking, and an unmatched work ethic to every transaction. He applies the same level of precision and attention to detail to real estate, ensuring his clients make informed, confident decisions whether buying, selling, or investing.
Beyond real estate, when he’s not working, he enjoys traveling, martial arts, staying healthy, and overall enjoying time off.
